What Artwork Formats Are Required for Branding on Products?
To print with clarity and precision on promotional products your logo or artwork needs to be supplied to us in EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI format.
Some PDF files saved with vector lines may be acceptable, but our graphic design team will need to examine them and confirm their usability.
Text and logo must be layered and outlined.
BMP, TIFF, JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF without layered/outlines elements cannot be accepted.
What if I Don’t Have the Correct File Format?
If you require small touch-ups to your artwork or a simple colour change we can provide this service to you at no additional charge.
However, if you require complex design editing, or if you need your file converted into the correct format you will be charged a small fee based on the changes and the amount of time it will take to complete them.
If you do not have your file in the correct format and do not wish to pay for redrawing, we suggest contacting your original logo graphic designer for the original EPS or AI file.
What If My Logo Needs to Be Redrawn?
We can redraw your logo or image artwork if you do not have access to the design in AI, EPS, or vectorised PDF format.
Artwork redraw charges range from $20-$45 depending on complexity.
You can discuss this process with your sales team member or inquire today for more information.
Do I Need to Supply You With My Font?
We ask that all fonts for text are outlined/vectorised.
If you use a special font, we ask that you, please supply the TTF file for us in any case where the text is not vectorised.
How Do I Specify the Exact Colours I Want To be Printed?
For spot printing, Pantone colours (coated) are the industry standard way of identifying colours.
To close match your brand colours we ask that you provide us with your organisation’s PMS colours.
We do not accept CMYK or RGB files unless it is for full-colour print jobs (or printing on paper).
If you do not know your PMS colour, please refer our online PMS chart for a close approximation.
